The EU Studies program is an interdisciplinary program, bringing together a broad range of courses including political science, economics, business, management, history, art, languages, literature, and culture.

The program includes university courses taught in English, cultural activities, multiple cultural excursions, and professional visits. Courses are taught by professors from the Georgia University System and the University of Strasbourg. All courses are taught in English, however, for students with sufficient French skills, courses in French are available. Online courses are also available to participating students through GSU. The program is open to both upper division undergraduate and graduate students from all accredited higher education institutions. Students apply to GSU as “transient students” for acceptance into the program.

“The EU Studies program in Strasbourg gave me the opportunity to learn about my field of study from a different perspective. Also, I had the opportunity to explore many new places, interact with people from various cultures, learn more about myself, and make unforgettable memories with plenty of new friendships.

By stepping out of my comfort zone, I was able to learn about how much more the world has to offer.”
