Dr. Patrick DOLLAT is Associate Professor at EM Strasbourg & Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Political Sciences as well as the French former project leader for the Indian European Studies Centre (IESC) located on the Management Development Institute campus at Delhi - INDIA. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Paris V. Emile Bruylant, a prominent Belgian publisher in Brussels specializing in Law, Economics and Social Sciences, has published his thesis.
Recently, Dr. Patrick DOLLAT has done research and publications on European citizenship, the European internal market and the enlargement of the European Union in collaboration with Belgian, Bulgarian, Polish, Maltese, French and Swiss professors, lawyers and researchers.
He takes part regularly in International Congresses and has worked at the European Studies Center in Strasbourg/ENA to define and to implement European programmes intended for the Central and Eastern European countries. He directed a research entitled “The Economic and Social European Area in Front of the Enlargement” which has been published at La Documentation Française. His recent books, devoted to “the European Citizenship” and to “The European law and the EU Law” are respectively published by Bruylant Editor at Brussels and Sirey- Dalloz Editor, Paris.
